We are not responsible for any delay or failure in removing such content. If you post content that we choose to remove, you hereby consent to such removal and consent to waive any claim against us.
• We do not assume any liability for any content posted by you or any other 3rd party users of our website. However, any content posted by you using any open communication tools on our website, provided that it doesn’t violate or infringe on any 3rd party copyrights or trademarks, becomes the property of legal workmate, and as such, gives us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, publicly display and/or distribute as we see fit. This only refers and applies to content posted via open communication tools as described, and does not refer to information that is provided as part of the registration process, necessary in order to use our resources. All information provided as part of our registration process is covered by our privacy policy.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless legal workmate a digital property of Aimfox technologies PVT LTD and its parent company and affiliates, and their directors, officers, managers, employees, donors, agents, and licensors, from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of this user agreement or the failure to fulfil any obligations relating to your account incurred by you or any other person using your account. We reserve the right to take over the exclusive defence of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this user agreement. In such event, you shall provide us with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by us.

• Nothing in these terms, shall exclude or limit legal workmate warranty or liability for losses which may not be lawfully excluded or limited by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or conditions or the limitation or exclusion of liability for loss or damage caused by negligence, breach of contract or breach of implied terms, or incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, only the limitations which are lawful in your jurisdiction will apply to you and our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• You expressly understand and agree that your use of the services is at your sole risk and that the services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
• In particular, legal workmate, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and its licensors do not represent or warrant to you that:
• Your use of the services will meet your requirements,
• Your use of the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from error,
• Any information obtained by you as a result of your use of the services will be accurate or reliable, and
• That defects in the operation or functionality of any software provided to you as part of the services will be corrected.
• Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the services is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or other device or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.
• No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from legal workmate or through or from the services shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the terms.
• Legal workmate further expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Subject to overall provision in paragraph above, you expressly understand and agree that legal workmate, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and its licensors shall not be liable to you for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special consequential or exemplary damages which may be incurred by you, however, caused and under any theory of liability. This shall include, but not be limited to, any loss of profit (whether incurred directly or indirectly), any loss of goodwill or business reputation, any loss of data suffered, cost of procurement of substitute goods or services, or other intangible loss;
• Any loss or damage which may be incurred by you, including but not limited to loss or damage as a result of:
• Any reliance placed by you on the completeness, accuracy or existence of any advertising, or as a result of any relationship or transaction between you and any advertiser or sponsor whose advertising appears on the services;
• Any changes which legal workmate may make to the services, or for any permanent or temporary cessation in the provision of the services (or any features within the services);
• The deletion of, corruption of, or failure to store, any content and other communications data maintained or transmitted by or through your use of the services;
• Your failure to provide legal workmate with accurate account information;
• Your failure to keep your password or account details secure and confidential;
• Any legal penalty, fine, fees, interest, liabilities or prosecution carried or charged by any revenue or other government authorities in or outside India on account of any error, omission or mistake in compliance or work carried on by legal workmate in any manner.
• Any legal liabilities, action or suit by any third party on you that may be on account of any error, omission or mistake in work or act or service provided by legal workmate whether directly or indirectly in any form or manner.
• Personal injury or property damage, caused by legal workmate ‘knowing and deliberate wrongdoing, or gross negligence, whether or not denominated tort, including negligence and strict liability,
• The limitations on legal workmate liability to you above shall apply whether or not legal workmate has been advised of or should have been aware of the possibility of any such losses arising.

• The User is aware that cookie’ is a small piece of information stored by a web server on a web browser so it can later be traced back from that particular browser, and that cookies are useful for enabling the browser to remember information specific to a given user, including but not limited to a User’s login identification, password, etc. The User is aware that the Website places both permanent and temporary cookies in the User’s computer’s hard drive and web browser, and does hereby expressly consent to the same.
